Interview
One of the best interviews I've ever been to.
Very soft styled and the staff do their best to relieve you of your pressure the whole way through.
Formal to an extent but then everyone ended up having a good laugh.
Done in a conference style with presentations.
Great way of assessing character and focus on attitude or how you get along with everyone. Certainly, a matter of you being a culture fit and of course a fit for the job.
The one to one interview section was not as serious as other jobs, just a simple line of questioning.
Not too focused on your credentials as much as the individual you come across to be.
You also get told immediately if you've got the job or not which is superb.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Group interview was based on just introducing yourself and what you did last.
Following this was a group assessment with a kitchen design problem to solve - with the detail of your thought process in mind.
Lastly, was a bunch of questions (one to one) based on past work, and skills related to the job.
