Wurk interview questions

This was one of the more unusual interview processes that I've participated in. Reading the glassdoor reviews now I'm glad that I didn't accept the offer. Throughout the process I heard several times that I had the exact skillset they were looking for, yet the company never seemed to be aggressively pursuing me. I initially had a phone screen with an HR person and then a hiring manager. The hiring manager wasn't on time for the phone interview. They actually seemed to have forgotten about the interview all together. The HR representative reached out to schedule an on-site set of interviews. I wasn't really prepared for the length of the interviews or the number of people that I'd be interviewing with. The people who I was interviewing with seem very unprepared, either they weren't informed that they'd be meeting with me or they'd forgotten. I think every single person was late and made me wait. I felt like my presence was an imposition to some of them. Some of the interviewers were gracious, others seemed somewhat antagonistic. After the interviews it seemed to take forever to get a callback from them. They made it sound like I'd be a great fit and then they seemed surprised or disappointed that I'd already accepted another offer for more money when they didn't call me for weeks. Wurk didn't really seem to do their homework. They didn't seem to understand that there is a high demand for specialists in my field, especially with my experience. They also didn't seem to understand what salary and benefit packages are available on the market. The offer they finally made was about a third less of the offer I was offered by a competitor. None of the interviewers seemed prepared for the interview. Some didn't have a copy of my resume and I don't believe any had reviewed it before showing up to meet me. The office seemed somewhat chaotic when I was shown around.
