XYZ Reality interview questions

I was invited to interview through a recruiter. The process was several stages across 3-4 weeks. Technical discussion (code, maths, working style). Take-home code test (specific to role applied for). On site written test (various problem solving task). CEO / COO discussion (big picture questions). Process was good but in the end they pulled me out of the process after they had internal financial issues funding the role. This was a huge red flag since they hid this information until the last moment, even after basically confirming I would receive an offer. This was incredibly stressful after being prepared to accept, and highlights some issues they are having internally.
