Very thorough but extremely well communicated and run. Went through a typical process for design roles (long!) that included whiteboard challenge, case study preso and Leadership values interview. The recruiter was very helpful and informative, with feedback provided along the way.

An unnecessarily protracted interview process over six weeks and three rounds. After going through all three rounds, the feedback was disappointingly vague. "Exceptional work, but some candidates were stronger in some of their answers." I asked for specific feedback about which questions and answers these were, and I received a response of 'I don't know'. Ironic. It might be less embarassing to have no values at all than to proclaim loudly about non-existent ones.
