It was standard 4 rounds - super easy. I enjoyed every person I met with. They seemed like they were also new to the company. I think they were expanding into the US at the time so lots of new US employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Xero
Interview
5 step interview process including a screening. From application to interviews it took around 2 months.
Don't waste your time with this xero, there were red flags after red flags. The job was re-advertised when I was in interview process, I progressed to the final stage with the vice president of marketing, had an interview setup, then had the interview cancelled, didn't hear back until a week later until they told me someone else had progressed and replaced my spot in the final two places of the final interview. I asked for feedback and got nothing but positive things. Don't waste your time, Xero used to be good, and now it's a shadow of what it used to be. Overall spent around 12 hours of my time presenting/working on a case study and preparing for interviews to get nothing. Avoid.

Interview
It seemed really great, and they said how much they loved talking to me and my experience. Then I went through to another interview after which they took weeks to get back to me with a generic email. When I asked for any specific feedback there was zero reply (pardon the pun). This seemed to go against everything they mentioned about their values which was a shame as they seemed great!
