I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Xero (Auckland, Auckland) in Oct 2018
Interview
Unlike many stressful interviews, this one was the most enjoyable and stress free interview I’ve ever been to! The people @xero were super chilled and made every effort to make things comfy for you rather than being obnoxious or grilling you for no reason. They seem to be genuinely interested in you and of course assessing if you’d be a good fit!

A written assessment on the computer giving you three situations and you have to frame an answer as you are on the job and how you’d reply to the concerned query by a customer
