I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xero in Apr 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me about an opportunity with Xero and we set up a phone screen as the first step. She was very transparent about the benefits and challenges on the team. The next step in the process was a panel video interview with the hiring manager and potential teammates. The interview was structured well and had both technical and behavioral questions. Though I was not successful in the interview process the hiring manager provided helpful feedback and even set up some time to discuss feedback further. Even though the role was not a fit, I had a very positive experience with everyone I met with.
