I have been interviewing with the company for almost 4 months. The first two interviews went well. After that, I was constantly ignored. It seemed like they forgot to schedule an interview and I had to ask when it was going to happen. Sometimes it was the day before the interview. The interviews themselves were good and comfortable, but the interaction through the mail and the process of scheduling an interview was difficult. At first they told me that everything was already good and they were already thinking about hiring me. Then it turned out that I needed another interview, which also took a long time to schedule (I had to ask for a time and date for the interview). After the last interview I was told that the feedback was positive and left to negotiate a budget for the position. And at the end it turned out that they had a hiring freeze for a long time, they couldn't agree on a position, and they couldn't hire me either. Quite an unpleasant situation, considering how much effort and time was spent (we communicated for almost 4 months). I don't understand why they couldn't have stopped the interview process earlier.
