1st - Phone screen from hiring manager 2nd - Panel Interview (4 or 5 panelists) 3rd - Second interview with two panelists Questions were about my knowledge of what causes homelessness, my understanding of how racism impacts community members and what I knew about their mission. The first interview was a little more difficult with so many panelists. The second interview was very helpful for me to learn more about the company culture.
