I applied online. I was supposed to have 4 interviews but it got changed to 3 in the middle of the process. 1- Phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter just called me one day and asked if I could talk about the role. She seemed to be in a rush to get it over with and only asked standard questions. I had a few questions but the recruiter sounded annoyed by them. 2- Video interview with a team member. This was more focused on case studies and different scenarios, it was better but the lead seemed disinterested in the conversation. 3- Video interview with Manager. The manager was 10 minutes late to the interview, so I had to reach out to the recruiter to make sure it was still on. When the manager joined, they talked about themselves and what they were looking for for the majority of our time, emphasizing how hard they worked, long hours, many tasks, etc, The only thing they asked me was to introduce myself. I asked a few questions about career progression and what that would look like + company culture but the Manager didn't have answers. This was my biggest red flag. I received an offer a few days after the final interview. I was hesitant to accept because of the red flags but decided to give it a chance. The behavior mentioned above continued throughout my tenure
