• No appraisal system or recognition for hard work • Rampant office politics that overshadow merit • Late‑night work is the norm, not the exception • Ad‑hoc requirements with zero planning or structure • No internal movement opportunities to switch. • Leadership is toxic, with no trust in employees and a culture of micromanagement. They speak freely about employees replaceble by AI in Town halls. Which shakes the employees core and trust in Zinnia.

Lack of vision, lack of structure, lack of role clarity and lack of documentation resulting in endless clarification to n gro calls among teams and leaders. Leaders alignment is missing as well. Appraisal cycles are not defined

Salary Structure is good but not the salaries No micro management Allows leaves

Cons

No salary growth. Every appraisal you will be told that company is not doing good. Even variable salary after meeting targets is never paid 100%. No promotions Disrespected by US employees No connect with HR. Despite hiring few employees every month, Talent Acquisition team is always busy and will never respond back.
