I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Zozi (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online. Heard back right away and set up a phone interview. Phone Interview was very basic. Heard back right away to set up an in person interview. That had to be scheduled a few weeks out because of holidays. Had an in person interview with two different people, although I got left in the interview room for 45min waiting on someone who I was supposed to meet with but who had gotten busy. Most of the conversation was based on my sales experience and what I would bring to Zozi.
Emailed my interviewers 3 times and never heard back. Finally got an auto reply email saying I didn't get an interview. Seems like they could have spent the time to send me the right auto reply email. Whole process took over a month, which I felt was way too long.

Interview
Phone call screening interview. Two rounds of in-person interviews. Asked a lot of questions about previous experiences and what about the company drew me to them. They emphasize a good culture fit, so it was helpful to understand what the company was about at the core before heading into the interview.
