I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at adidas (Dubai) in Nov 2016
Interview
Initial shortlisting & communication was very good. Appointment for telephonic was a one liner mail which did not mentioned any specific time.I have waited for half day and the recruiter didn't called. After a week i have received a call when i was in middle of the meeting; but i have managed to respond to the interview questions.
The recruiter from dubai was having specific notion; probably from my CV and her questions were based on that. When i stated my experience, she made her judgement therein that she is looking for someone with expereince on X & Y , unfortunately that was not mentioned in the JD. She already have made her judgement within couple of minutes. By the end of the interview i realized they already have some one in place
I was so excited to read about the HR process & polices and values when it comes to attracting people. But what i have experienced from the recruiter was absolutely opposite to the same

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at adidas in Jun 2021
Interview
Recruiter was very distracted and didn't show any interest in asking relevant questions. I did not feel as if there was any serious interest in learning more about my experience or skills. Overall very poor experience, I expected a much better candidate experience.
