Interviews for attendant positions focus on your interpersonal skills, ability to follow procedures, and your ability to work on a team. Expect questions that center around dealing with difficult or disruptive customers, how you deal with long flights and being away from home, and your customer service skills and experience.
The questions I had during the VI are here on the website which its very helpful!...were only 6 behavioral questions and 2 questions about body tattoos and dress-uniform code. It was very easy but you know how it is...nervous at this time is not always good so I feel as I should have been more elaborated but I was nervous, nervous so if you are going to do the VI please, please relax the questions are very easy :-)

As you're walking toward the front galley you noticed two passengers arguing, one is complaining of not being able to stretch his legs because the other one has his seat back lowered. What would you do, first talk to the passengers or get the item to start the service?
If there was a crying baby on the plane and another guest complained, what would you do?
You notice you are missing items you need for your inflight service. Requesting these items will delay the flight. What do you do?
Name a time when you worked with a difficult person how did you handle it and what was the outcome? Name a time when you had to spring into action quickly what was the situation and the outcome?
