in the interview, the hiring manager wanted to know my experience with software, putting together things, figuring out if a tv goes out , what steps do you take to figure out what wrong with it. Basically how well can you explain to someone how to fix, set up, or trouble shoot and issue they are having.
There wasn't really a particular difficult questions. I was well prepared.
Describe a time where you delt with a difficult customer and how you resolved their issue? Describe a time that the company changed a policy you didn't agree with and how you responded? Describe a time you received feedback from a supervisor you didn't agree with and how you handled it.
The interviewer, was cool and asked how am I gonna be able to handle stress and some usual stuff !
