Sorry we forgot the attachment. Unfortunately it is our observed reality that some portion of people get insulted when we attempt to confirm a posted salary for a position they applied for, but it's something we have to do from experience as a lot of people don't read the details of the job description and we don't want to waste anybody's time, though if someone doesn't give me a straight answer the first time, I will generally ask again (not 5x as you suggest). Also if you have a strong tendency to read into objective facts with a subjectively negative bias (e.g. you think being transparent about a low hire rate equates to pompousness) then you are probably not a good fit for care.coach, and I don't want to make any illusions otherwise in these review responses.
