Complete waste of time.
Right of the bat, I was told that the job expects employees to work overtime and on weekends (even though the pay is lower than industry average and the role is required to be in person).
The interview process was very long and had steps that felt completely unnecessary. It started with a 30 min painfully long questionnaire of about 100 psychological questions. Then I had the choice of doing a timed coding challenge or take home assignment & I chose the timed test. Next I had two technical rounds, which felt very unorganized and had repeated questions from both interviewers. I was asked by one of the interviewers to also do to the take home challenge as well. At this point, I had invested so much time into this process, I did the take home test (which took me several days) and sent it back. In the meantime, I guess they hired somebody else because they ghosted me. I didn't even get the curtesy of a timely rejection email.
