Hi, and sorry for the poor experience. Hope you're doing alright.
In case it's helpful to better understand why your screening call didn't go as well as we may have hoped, we have a <1% hire rate for all our core positions, and maintain a pretty high-volume, low-touch (at least by myself) process until candidates get through the screening call, during which as a time-saving measure I rely on candidates to complete the mandatory resume link field in the form you used to book time for a call with me, such that I can be prepared for the call in a minimum amount of time. Sometimes, candidates work around the mandatory field by entering "N/A" or something like that, and that will cause some hiccups at the start of the call, e.g. I then need to ask about the hiring platform and go find the resume/profile on Indeed or wherever the candidate applied, and frankly I agree that's not a great way to start a screening call.
So, I suppose if you're a candidate reading this, please make sure you complete mandatory form fields with their expected values when booking a screening call, and thank you in advance for helping me out :)
