The interview was walk in interview + they had few people who recieved call from HR (Reffered) were also called , the Opening were only of 15 people but around 120-150 people ended up showing . It was not possible to take interview of 130+ people in 5 hours so they decided to take assements through multiple rounds . FIrst Round - Techincal round they gave paper and pen to everyone and got ready to announce the question total 10 questions They were questions about SQL and networking mostly , Ques like port of MySQL , Write query to give maximum salary person , what is first step as for u to check if system is slow, hypothetical situation as u being support techincal person for giving priorities etc . so i think once u cleared that up as gettiing correct 5-6 out of 10 u r clear , or more the better , half people were out in basic only, second main thing they said was only people who r fluent in english must stay as that is 80% part of job of TSE position as u have to interact with the US clients . Now second interview round was of TEAM leader , they interview with question starting about yourself to litterally everything about u and your career choices , i think they were checking majorily two things there - one being that will u leave the company early as that wont be nice for company to make such efforts - r u genuine and second was your english fluency as you answer their random questions , Now if u clear this round you move up to last round which was Manager round , in this round the manager will ask u question on techincal and other stuff as well , (the people who were reffered directly got to sit in this manager round skipping the team leader but had to give techincal still) nw in this round manager asked me about mistake i did in query ofSQL and also about the mess i made in DELETE DROP AND TRUNCATE info , saying as if u were not sure why did u write incorrect detail , so yeah that was silly mistake i made which got me rejected in last round . other ques asked in techical were query to show only Schema - DESCRIBE . so yeah that was my ecperience , overall the process is very easy , i was new to SQL so i made a silly mess as answer time was just 20-30 seconds during techincal per ques . but ques were very simple , and if your english is well , u r genuine and u knw basics of OOPS Networking and SQL things they have asked u r good to go ,
