Pros

I had a wonderful experience working here for over 5.5 years, which itself says a lot about the organization. The company offers a great work-life balance, supportive HR policies, attractive bonuses and benefits, and a positive work culture. Festivals and employee engagement activities are celebrated enthusiastically, making the workplace enjoyable and inclusive. What I appreciated the most was the people—my colleagues and managers were genuinely supportive, approachable, and made the journey memorable. Overall, it’s a great place to build a stable career in HR.

Cons

There is also room to strengthen learning and development initiatives by offering more training programs and structured career progression. Other than that, it has been a great experience.
