I had a wonderful experience working here for over 5.5 years, which itself says a lot about the organization. Festivals and employee engagement activities are celebrated enthusiastically, making the workplace enjoyable and inclusive. What I appreciated the most was the people—my colleagues and managers were genuinely supportive, approachable, and made the journey memorable. Cons
There is also room to strengthen learning and development initiatives by offering more training programs and structured career progression. Other than that, it has been a great experience.
