      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at eClinicalWorks in Feb 2011

      Interview

      They start with your resume, few basic questions on -why do you want to change your job etc. They mostly stay on Java, J2EE and SQL. Java- questions on constructor, final, collections etc J2EE- basic J2EE architecture SQL- Basic querries.
