eXp Realty Business Partner, Employee Success interview questions

I was extended an initial 15-minute phone interview a few days after I applied for the position online. I scheduled the interview through a link provided by the recruiter. The recruiter called me ten minutes after the scheduled time and proceeded to ask me a series of questions. When the interview was over, I was told that I would be contacted "mid to late next week" whether I was advancing in the process or not. However, I never received any follow-up.
