"Why Sales?" and "Why Brightedge?" I was then essentially just asked to talk through my resume, experiences, and qualifications. It was incredibly straightforward, and the interviewer definitely did most of the talking in an attempt to articulate the nature of Brightedge.

Asked why i'm looking for a job change, how i source contacts at my current job, what sales tools i'm familiar with, etc.
Questions were standard - what is your current role/job history, how do you keep track of metrics/meet goals, how do you handle the "no", what situation are you most proud of, why do you enjoy Business Development, etc. Lots of questions to make you think on your feet, and opportunities in the simulation to see how you sound on calls, see how you handle different scenarios, etc. One fun question I was asked was "If you were a sandwich, what kind of sandwich would you be and why?"
