Initial screening by recruiter, then a single person interview which was chill. Then an assignment to create 10-12 slide presentation which is data analysis of tickets, time consuming. A final round of two panel interview to present your findings through the presentation. And then not getting selected saying the role is on hold or there's no requirement after investing days and days. They will ghost you and the management will go on leave without feedback to the recruiter. I had to followup every alternate week as on both sides the interview was positive still they decided not to proceed ahead. Stop wasting time of candidates if you cannot commit an opening.
