Interview
The process started with a recruiting phone screen, then a panel interview, and later an assessment. I'm not a fan of this order as I was rejected after the assessment. Personally, I rather do the assessment and get rejected before a panel interview. For the panel, I was interviewed by the hiring manager, a senior coordinator, and the CEO of Apostrophe (under hims & hers). For the most part, everyone was nice but at times, I was not impressed with the CEO and his demeanor; borderline condescending and judgemental.

Interview
After being contacted via email by the recruiter expressing interest in conducting a phone interview, I successfully completed the initial interview. Subsequently, I advanced to a one-on-one interview with the operations manager. Following the interview, I was informed that I would receive a response by mid-week regarding further steps. Despite sending follow-up emails after the interview, I did not receive any response. After waiting for one week, I followed up once more but unfortunately did not receive any acknowledgment. This is unprofessional as there was no correspondence or update in regard to my application process.

Interview
Its a long interview process and takes a way a lot of time. You go through three different interviews, one with the recruiter, then hiring manager then with the ceo. They were nice but I honestly wish they would have just said no after the second interview.
