The interview steps are minimal & standard: phone screen, take home test, then a CX specific interview with the team. But, they manage to drag the process out for weeks & weeks then ghost after the final interview. Very unprofessional.

Had a phone interview with Kennedy. She was great. She was personable yet professional. This was followed by a video interview with Jacob and Miykael. They were a pleasure to meet with as well. They did asked ALOT of very detailed question that would be presented in my role and some questions I did not anticipate but I get it. I appreciated the whole experience, this ensured me I was making the right decision by applying for the role.
