Lengthy job application process but it is to be expected with an IT software company. Started with a phone interview, followed by an interview with two different managers and a Caliper test to see what type of personality I have. Then I had another phone interview with the Director of Cloud Sales. Then I got the final call with the job offer.

Sold a total bill of lies by leadership. Should not call the position "Account Manager". This is purely a cold-call business development position. You aren't managing anything, or taking orders like their other "Inside Sales". 6 -8 months and you don't hack it? Start looking, because the turnover is HIGH and you will be out the door...

No difficult questions whatsoever. It was more casual and informal than I have ever seen. That should be a red flag. The only question they were concerned with is "Do you want to make money? Does that drive you???!"
