The VP facilitating the interview did 80% of the talking, spent too much tome selling the company. I had to find gaps in the conversation to get a word in. The interviewer liked me and lead me to believe I was the guy and after a few weeks he went dark I never heard back even after I made several attempts. My advise, take control of the interview early so you can tell your story.
