Since I was a previous Ericsson employee almost all the questions were related to XLPM/PROPS-C process (Ericsson project management methodology) and telco rollout process and lifecycle... A few questions about working in Matrix environment and escalation path, customer engagement and stakeholder management. Not many behavioral questions.
