Favorable phone screen with recruiter. Panel interview with two hiring managers with limited (4-5) questions within 30-minute time slot (on camera). No questions pertaining to training metrics, although the recruiter mentioned this would be covered during the panel interview. Questions were similar to the recruiter phone screen.
Note: Despite having the required experience including progressive end-to-end training expertise, the "we are moving on to other candidates" email was received. Perhaps the organization may be looking for someone with less experience or more entry-level candidates? Was informed the last hire left due to external promotional opportunities.
