symplr UI-UX Designer interview questions

interview process was so fast it took 2 weeks to complete all the rounds, total 4 technical rounds 1 HR round again 1 evaluation round, They will evaluate not by technical rounds, thats their own decision. if they FEELS good they will say OK, that doesnt make sense. I have cleared all the technical rounds but after the HR round they will evaluate the candidates. which is painful i put lots of efforts to clear the rounds, Job Description was perfectly matching with my experience and knowledge . Reply from top management was, you did very well u can do the work, but we are expecting more than that, which is unacceptable. overall i wasted my time. organization should change the interview process and the people.
