"Technical support jobs combine computer know-how with customer service skills in order to help customers troubleshoot computer-related issues. While some employers require candidates to have a bachelor's or associate's degree in computer science, others may only be looking for some level of computer knowledge and an ability to learn as you go. The questions were role playing scenarios. First one: “My son was playing with my phone and moved my camera icon to a folder called “photography”. I also noticed a lot of apps in this folder that I don’t want. How can I delete this folder and the apps and put my camera icon back?”
