Description Our founders united with a shared commitment to helping others, inspired by their personal journeys. When co-founder and CEO Ryker Martin discovered that his son had autism, he sought comprehensive pediatric therapy but found limited options available. A pivotal moment occurred when he met his son's occupational therapist, and soon-to-be co-founder, Ryan Sherman. By combining Ryker’s business expertise with Ryan’s clinical skills, they set out to transform therapy services in Arizona. Their mission was to create an agency that provides essential therapy services in one place, leading to the establishment of Arizona Autism in 2016.
