In 1976, two like-minded engineering college graduates started a modest construction company in Lexington, Kentucky that aimed to create a construction experience centered around customer advocacy. Dale Blythe and Charlie Denham wanted to sit at a round table with all project partners that invited open discussion about innovative ideas and how to avoid obstacles. The client’s scope would be the center of the table, but all teams would drive the project to completion. The client’s open access to the project ensures complete transparency.
