Going through a lot of turnover in the design department, few senior levels remain Insurance not so great Project managers tend to be needy and don't care about anything but dollars Hard to keep up with the changing policies and standards Lower benefits than competitors, although salaries have been bumped recently to compete

Seemed like they didn't know what to do with interns Was never really sure what project I would be on or how long Communication Very Labor intensive
