With just over one year at Kimble, Bruce plays a key role in keeping our communities running by safely and efficiently servicing roll-off routes each day. Bruce begins every shift with a detailed pre-trip inspection, ensuring his truck is ready and safe before hitting the road. He brings a strong sense of focus and awareness to his work, knowing that staying alert to surroundings and changing conditions is critical to the job. He describes his role as both mental and physical, with each day presenting new challenges and goals to accomplish. What Bruce enjoys most is the independence his role offers and the trust to manage his route and make decisions in the field. He values Kimble’s culture and the opportunity to take ownership of his work while contributing to a team that prioritizes safety and reliability. Outside of work, Bruce enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family. He takes great pride in his son’s accomplishments, including competing in international golf and basketball tournaments, creating memories they will always cherish.
