The company was founded in April of 2012 and has increased revenues year over year, assisting companies across the United States with their human capital, talent acquisition, and Business Intelligence initiatives and needs. On May 4, 2016, QStride united Detroit’s tech community with an all star panel event titled Running with the Resurgence, which was proclaimed by City of Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan as “Running with the Resurgence Day." Honorable Mayor Duggan also proclaimed QStride on May 4, 2016 as an “emerging technology services company.”
QStride's Founder & CEO Shane Gianino, is currently leading the organization and has over 14 years of Information Technology experience. He was honored as Detroit’s Tech Entrepreneur, receiving the Vanguard Award by Detroit Young Professionals organization in 2016. Mr. Gianino has been honored as 30 in Their Thirties by DBusiness magazine, Elite 40 Under 40 by Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Paterson for top 40 under 40, Leader & Innovator by Lawrence Technical University, Techweek Detroit top 100 leader, and as one of the region’s top 100 emerging business leaders by the Detroiter.
