QStride is a great company to work. The management team is always approachable and keeps communication with the team members and clients regarding with any concern, suggestions, and comments. The company always is looking to be immersed in the Technological market, through participation in technical summits and professional networking events. Working for QStride, was a really good experience to me. No doubt QStride was the key I was looking for being placed in the job I was looking for.

I am relatively new to QStride but what attracted me to QStride over other offers was the vision of where the company is heading and the company culture which is very entrepreneurial. The compensation is competitive and commission structure is lucrative. I really enjoy the perks such as work from home and flex schedules as the company promotes a work life balance. If you are thinking of applying, I would encourage you to do so.

With QStride being a smaller yet emerging growth company, the medical benefits package is not the greatest which I am sure will change over time. They do offer a number of paid holidays, sick days, work from home, etc. to accommodate.
