Pros

Lots of benefits (private health care, home office funds, wellness funds) and the founders clearly like to try and still interact with all level of employees. Frequent check-ins with managers. Everyone is really kind, patient, efficient. So any problem you have gets sorted really quickly.

Cons

Limited places you can actually be remote ( Would like it to be more global! but the reasoning behind this, does make sense).
