Pros

- Great company and product - Everyone there from all different teams are great to collaborate with - Team is still fairly new so it felt awesome being able to contribute and build out the team

Cons

- BDR team is still really new, and are missing out on a lot of resources that a fully developed team would have - Having to spend way too much time on admin tasks, taking up time that could be spent prospecting - Somewhat of a lack of transparency from management to the team - It's quite difficult to book meetings with IT/IS people cold
