Pros

1Password, true to its values, puts people first. Employees are encourages to make work part of their life, rather than the other way around. The flexibility of remote working and the way management brings that to life means that employees can work in a way that works for them. With generous PTO, benefits, and other perks, 1Password is somewhere I feel beyond lucky to be and would encourage anyone who's interested to apply to join. ...and that's all without mentioning our industry-leading products and incredible plans for the future of this company and the product.

Cons

Being remote means you can go a long time without seeing your coworkers in person (or in some cases, even meeting!). However, regular offsites and virtual team events helps with getting to know all of your coworkers, whether or not you've met.
