      Great Culture and Trust in their Talent

      Pros

      Leadership is trusting of their talent and love for us to bring our creative ideas to the table, Because talent is fully vetted during the interview process, great minds show up to the table when it is time to collaborate, and the diverse team members offer great and different perspectives. The medical benefits are very generous. So much so, I had to reach out to HR Benefits to see if there was an error. Very competitive pay (at least in my case).

      Cons

      You must be an autonomous worker and be ready to hit the ground running, there will be no hand-holding (not a con for most like me). No annual bonus, although there are merit increases based on performance.

      Great Company with Amazing People

      Pros

      I can’t say enough great things about 1Password. It’s a growing company with lots of opportunity for growth. They really take care of their employees and I like how I’ve been given several pay increases without even having to request it. The leadership is always visible and approachable. Everyone really feels like they are building a product that protects people and businesses online. Because of this shared vision, it makes the work satisfying and everyone is working towards the same goal.

      Cons

      Like any fast growing company, the devil is in the details.
