      Great Onboarding

      Pros

      I joined the 1Password because I got the sense during interviews that they had a great culture. Since I joined, I have been really pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and receptive people are as I onboard--the term "no dumb questions" is often repeated, and I have tons of support. Also the pay, work perks, and work-life balance seem great so far. It's a Canadian company, and it really shows with employee resource groups and the way people communicate that people value kindness here.
