Toxic Managers and Director creating a toxic environment. Individual Contributors are told not to ask questions and to work longer hours with no overtime. Questions are being recorded as low performance.

Unfortunately since the beginning if the year, I'm assuming the market pressure has turned the culture at 1P extremely extremely sour. As quotas were distributed in a senseless manner meaning attainment was virtually impossible, management turned to bullying and harassment to try and drive performance which as one might expect has led to extreme attrition across the board. Some of my best teammates have left and overall the company has become a tax on my well being. Looking elsewhere as we speak, stay well clear for your own mental well-being
