Cons

Toxic Managers and Director creating a toxic environment. Individual Contributors are told not to ask questions and to work longer hours with no overtime. Questions are being recorded as low performance.

Company is far from enterprises. SMB-Midmarket at best. Question its future under its current csuite.

Pros

Everyone is aligned or seeks alignment, whether that be engineering, design, PMM or whoever. The mission is clear and the the structure of orgs leaves PM's to build without bureaucracy. Foundations are solid and this is a great place to work and be at especially right now. Leadership is world class. Pedro, Steve and Shiner are killers.

Cons

None come to mind. Maybe some more hands-on peer mentorship
