      Pros

      - Great product - Great teammates - Great benefits

      Cons

      - Doubled quota with about a 5% hit rate for majority of 23' - Incompetent management team that couldn't properly communicate changes or provide reasons for changes - Lack of career progression... unless you were a favourite of the management team

      * Its exciting to work for a company that is product focused and puts security first * Shocking to read reviews about the Senior Manager of Account Management. I've personally worked with the Senior Manager for over a year and can reassure you that he really cares about helping his team succeed. Does he hold people accountable? Yes, but that's his job! If you don't want to be held accountable for the work you produce you shouldn't be in sales. Simple. * I'm grateful to work in an organization that recognizes hard work and wants to grow their employees. I worked on a growth plan with the Senior Manager of Account Management and as a result I've been promoted for my efforts. Like anything in life, how you use the resources available to you to improve will determine your success. * The people are amazing and always willing to help! * Work from home is great for work life balance * Wellness days are an awesome perk * Customers are amazing and VERY happy with the product

      * Need more products to sell * Competition comes in very cheap even though our product is way better, this can be very hard in an environment where the customer is only focused on the most affordable solution
