* really, really great ICs & EMs doing incredible work * interesting work * great product doing good in the world

Cons

* people management processes are excessive - consume 3-4 months of the year, are incredibly demotivating; standards are impossible to meet and out of touch with reality. * They don't address the real process issues - they aspire to be a mature organization, but when the pressure is on, they pretend they are a startup rather than implement change that would help a mature org operate efficiently.

Pros

- Incredible group of people - Amazing product, and we care about our customers - Flexible hours, and do I mean flexible - 100% paid health, vision, and dental

Cons

- 401(k) match could be higher - especially for those with higher salaries, a set amount might not cut it (although could be beneficial for those on the lower end) - No clear salary process; no COL raises from my experience
