The benefits are mostly ok

Cons

Joining this company is like joining a cult. Anyone who’s ever worked at other companies will be shocked and confused with how this org operates. They’re big on “rituals” and “ceremonies” but not so much on performance and results. Talented C-levels and VPs are constantly coming and going but those more focused on playing the game continue to linger. Departments are set up in bizarre ways, like having part of product report to the CISO and the other part to the CTO. The “North Star” changes every couple months. This isn’t like normal growing pains for a tech company but rather dysfunction wrapped in incompetence with a large dash of weirdness.

Great benefits. Flexible scheduling. Positive culture with friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Raises have been sporadic. Compensation was competative when I started but has not kept up with increased responsibilities or level of experience despite great performance reviews

Pros

Wasn't micromanaged. Chose my schedule and company was able to work around my needs.

Cons

Managerial shakeup resulting in company-wide layoff. Laid off randomly due to "company restructure". Felt pressured to sign off on severance package without really getting a chance to mull it over.
