      Competitive pay in Canada - Fully remote - Good Product!

      Cons

      Re-orgs have brought on disconnected and Incompetent management/leadership - People are fired without any cause by citing false and dishonest performance reviews. They are harassing people and forcing them to leave instead of laying them off honorably An extremely caustic atmosphere prevails- A lack of psychological safety with the new changes and no transparency and ownership. It is a textbook hostile work environment.

      - Incredible benefits, the biggest including company paid health care for you & family - Awesome work / life balance. You never feel pressured to work weekends or work crazy hours to meet a deadline - Everyone is super approachable & kind. It's a common theme for the company

      Cons

      - Remote work can make you feel a little distant at times
